Description
We started off in 1987 when Michael Erceg came into the brewing industry. He set out to break the strangling duopoly of the two big brewers, a tradition we continue today.

Michael was fiercely loyal to his staff and worked tirelessly at building his business until his tragic death in 2005 in a helicopter accident. His pioneering spirit can still be felt at the brewery on Boundary Road, which nestles in the foothills of the Hunua ranges south of Auckland. Here the great tradition of independent New Zealand brewing continues using natural ingredients and skilled brew masters.

bottled. A hazy golden beer with a white head. the aroma hast notes of wheat, fruits, and barley. the flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, over ripe bananas, ånd barley, leading to a dry finish.

Bottled. A golden beer with a huge white head - not right for a Munich Lager. The aroma has notes of malt and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and grain, leading to a dry cardboardy finish. Nothing like a Munich Lager.
