Bottle. It's almost clear in the glass, golden in color, with a dense finger-thick off-white head. The aroma has bready malts in the back, with piney, resiny and faintly peppery hops in the front. Some grassy notes and hay. A vague juniper hint too. It's medium bodied, semi-dry and nicely carbonated, with a very good bitterness. The flavor too is bready and malty in the back, slightly dusty, with a good fruityness. Grass, pine cones, resin notes and a vague peppery touch. Medium length finish. A quite nice pilsner indeed, and in my opinion the bitterness level lifts the experince a notch or two. 220601
