Bottled, thanks Papsoe! Clear nut brown, minimal head. Sweet and raisiny. Full bodied and soft. Hearty with some saccharine and velevetty fudge. Cushiony and complex, but too sweet.

Bottled. An unclear dark brown beer with a thin brown head. The aroma has notes of chocolate, roasted malt, and plums. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, chocolate, and over ripe fruits, leading to a dry roasted finish.

Bottle 70 cl. Pours a clear black with a tint of red and a beige head. Sweet coffeeish roast aroma. Medium body, heavy dry roast, a vanilla edge and a rather malt bitter finish. Lovely. 180911

Hazy amber color with red reflex; medium sized creamy head. The aroma is really nice, malt, fruity (apricots, plums, yellow jam...), with traces of yeast. The flavor is very sweet, but without a defined caramel or malt character; again, there is a prominent yellow fruits jam flavor (peach, apricots...). The bitterness is medium-low. In the final there are just traces of the alcohol content. Very sweet but very good.

08/05 0.5 l bottle courtesy of Marko via Papsoe, thanks goes to both of them! It poured hazy bronze brownish with medium sized head and some particles floating inside. Strong, dark fruity aroma. Sweet flavor, again, mostly of plums, dried figs and raisins, honey, chocolate and sticky sugar. Touched with herbal tea hops. Full body with again sweet, sticky sugar finish. It was too much sweet for my taste, again, I’m glad to try this scarce beer!

Bottle, thx to Papsoe. A clear, amber beer with a big, dense, off-white head. Weak aroma considering it’s an IPA, some fruityness and a touch of caramel. Sweet caramel flavor with some citrusy hops giving a little bitterness. Medium body, a bit low on co2. The finish has bitterness, but not sufficient. A quite nice beer, but sort of disappointing considering it’s and IPA style beer. 110204
