Backlog May 2009. Unclear, pale golden orange body under a big, dense white head. Mild fruity aroma with hint of malt, feels a bit sharp and raw. Taste goes in the same direction, mild, weak fruity, some malt not much going on. Medium body and short aftertaste. Drinkable but nothing to reapeat.

Leicht trübes orange goldenes Bier mit einer geringen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch nach Lakritze, helle Früchte, Karamell. Geschmack süß malzig, viel Lakritze.

Bottle shared at Borefts ’15. Pours very hazy orange brown with virtually no head. Aroma is spicy with floral notes and mint. Flavour is over moderate sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

500ml bottle, as Søkildegaard Papsø 15K Belgisk Quadrupel, Bryg no.92, vintage 2010. From Papsoe via OleR, many thanks to both of them. Shared with Finn. Dark reddish body, close to clear. Off-white head with lots of dimples. Lacing rings down the glass. Smell of apricot, almond and some kind of herbs. The flavours profile contains herbal hops, honey, jammy fruits and juicy malts. Lightly tart to the ending. Nice, rather heavy to drink though (Tromsø 11.02.2015).

Brygg 92. Papsø 15K. Flaske 500ml spandert av Rune. Delt med ham på Nerstranda 11 Feb 15. Mørk amber. Uklarhet i form av partikler. Filigranslacing. Sterk & god fruktaroma. Smaken er søt frukt. Som en lett-drikkelig sherry. Alkoholen veldig godt kamuflert.

Bottle 660ml.Light unclear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, dusty malt, nutty - licorice notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, caramel, dusty malt. Body is medium, texture is oily and sticky, carbonation is soft. [20131125]

Bottle @ yespr. Pours a slightly hazy pale amber color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy aroma with weak hoppy hints. Fruity malty spicy caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel finish.
