NisseBryg no. 2. Bryg no. 4. Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a fast disappearing orange head, ending just like a rim in the glass. The aroma is sweet malty with strong notes of oranges and anise. The flavor is sweet and very spicy especially from anise - almost cloying, but also with notes of malt and oranges, leading to a slightly bitter and still spicy end. A bit medicinal. Thanks to Papsoe for this.
