Bottle, 70cl. Pours a nice, hazy orange body with a white head. Grainy, quite sweetish nose with candy and fruits. Sugary flavor, in a nice way that is, with a grainyness, also in a nice way, and a subdued hoppyness and fruityness. Full body and a long finish with sugar, grains, hops and fruits. Another great friend from Søkildegaard. (071228)

700 ml bottle. Dark reddish body with a huge beige head. Aroma is spicy, malt and fruity yeast. Flavor is mild roasted malt, some chocolate, yeast and hops. Quite nice.

700 ml bottle. Golden body with a fine white head. Aroma is refreshing acidulous fruity and yeast. Flavor is nice, fresh, malty and a bit acidic. Not outstanding but very nice in a moderate way.

Bottle. Copper-colored, a bit hazy beer with a a medium-sized beige head. Sweetish, fruity nose, mostly tropical fruits. Nice, sweetish flavor with hoppyness to balance it, and there’s also some alcohol and caramel. Full, slightly warming mouthfeel. As the initial flavor, the finish is also sweet and bitter in a nice union. A nice one this too, Stig! (071228)

Bottle. Unclear, golden beer with a minimal, off-white head. Quite fruity nose with citrusy touch. The flavor has some wheat and some sweetness, as well as a nice bitterness. Full body, and a nice, bitter finish. A refreshing beer, maybe not the most exiting one from Søkildegaard, but still good. (071228)

700ml bottle. Almost clear amber body with a huge off-white head. Dainty hoppy aroma. Flavor is sweet malt, candy sugar, apricot, yeast and hop. Well balanced and living up to its name.
