From bottle, no 18 at Papsoes blindtasting. Pours hazy orange and with a white head. Mellow orange and slight spiced aroma. Soft caramel and sweet flavoured with a mild spice note. Nice and mellow towards smooth even. Finish holds a nice hoppy dry and bitterness. Nice.

The brew gains tremendously from cellaring another month untill New Years eve. The balance just becomes perfect between grapes and yeast, and the grape notes shine through in the best possible fruity way. Fantastic.

Hazy orange color, creamy head. Nice aroma, fresh, fruity, partially hoppy. The flavor is quite sweet, with a light fruit touch. Simple but easy to drink and pleasant.

Muddy golden color. Very light aroma, with a vegetable touch. Medium body structure, smooth mouthfeel, with some sweetness and light vanilla. The yeast leaves a dry and a bit astringent footprint. Change the yeast, less traces, and more fruitness... Difficult (but it could be much better).

750 ml bottle, unlabeled, many thanks to yngwie! Orange to amber colour, huge off-white head. Lovely hoppy aroma (Styrian Goldings), notes of spices, hints of oak. The flavour is fairly sweet and fruity with notes of oranges, apricot, brown sugar and spices (notably coriander). Some bitterness in the finish. Good beer!

Dark chestnut color with red hue. The aroma has some caramel and coffee grounds, a bit herbal. Quite good body strength, also because of the sweetness, a lot of sweet caramel flavor, a touch of chocolate, very light coffee. Something’s wrong here…
