Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy earthy gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has earthy wheat and tart apricot with a light barnyard note. Flavor has funky tart apricot with earthy wheat underlying.

Tap at Titans. Cloudy orange-golden color with lace. Lovely mango nose, funky, malty. Bit of spicy yeast nose. Rich and malty flavor with grapefruit and mango, sweet. A bit heavy for a saison but very nice flavors and good use of mango.

Bottle - turbid light orange - nose of sweet mango, pepper, light funkiness, pineapple, herbs - flavor is moderately spicy, moderately acidic, medium bitter - sweet mango is balanced by peppery phenolics and moderate acidity - finishing bitterness clashes a bit - a bit brash and rough around the edges, but enjoyable enough.

Hazy light amber golden color. Lovely dry funky hoppy nose with apricot and lemon somewhat subdued. Lovely light, dry slight tart mouth with fruit playing perfectly in the background. So smooth and great summer beer - so why am I drinking mid-winter?! Anyways great stuff. Dry funky apricot finish.

This is really good. It’s very much like a traditional saison, except that it’s a bit sweeter and hoppier. Has some funk, excellent body and carbonation. Very good long, clean finish.
