Bottle at home with jcnielsen. Pours a murky dark orange appearance with a tan head. Aroma has chalk, flowers, grass, and light citrus. Flavor is dull, grassy, and somewhat bitter. Not too great and honestly, tastes just like a lot of their beers.

On tap at Moon Tower. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is strong apricot, citrus, funk, oak. Thin body, tart apricot, oak, citrus, good.

On tap at Hughies. Pours a cloudy yellow with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is yeast, wheat, mango, lemon. Medium body, mango, clove, yeast, light dry finish, good.

750ml bottle pours out a hazy amber topped with a sand head. Nose has a lot going on candy licorice fruit and a nice oak barrel. Taste is more of the oak barrel plenty of sweetness pitfruit.

Tap at Marciero. Dark brown with reddish tint and lace. Hazy. Spicy nose ginger, cinnamon, fudge, raisins. Funky, spicy yeast, chocolate, licorice. As it warmed, it got more and more spicy, too much.

Bottle shared by Borken. Pours fairly hazy orange gold, medium off-white head, creamy and slow to dissipate with good lacing. Aroma is huge Brett, dusty basements, citrus. Flavor is dry, light tart, medium funk, oak, Brett, Brett some more, oak, citrus. Medium body.

750ml bottle - lightly hazy orange - nose of tropical hoppiness, white wine, lightly tart passion fruit, moderate spicy phenolics - flavor has a vibrant acidity and mild tartness - the passion fruit is subdued and simply compliments the tropical notes of the hops - a bit of grass and white pepper - lightly acid, white wine like finish - pretty dang good.

Tap at the brewery - pours a hazy amber - frothy, thick lace - flavor is a potent mix of citrus and tropical fruit (mango, orange, papaya) and some.white pepper spiciness - frothy, full carbonation in the mouth - light.sweetness, but mostly dry, biscuity malts and strong galaxy hop notes of tropical fruit and citrus - not much yeast character - in fact, this mostly tastes like an ipa (SN Torpedo, to be exacty) - this is not really a bad thing, as it is enjoyable, despite not tasting much like a saison - they overdid it on the hops and washed out the yeast character.

Tap at Grizzly’s. LIght yellow, like a wit. I was expecting it to be a little sour. Instead, it is a soft, effervescent saison. Under ripe pear, aome tangerine, and melon. Peach with a bigger sip. Very nice palate. Good.

This beer was listed as a saison but is a surprisingly dark amber color with a filmy off-white head. Brett, wheat, fruits and banana bread in the aroma with a light body and very dry effervescent carbonation. The taste is sweet, sharp candy brett and sweet tarts. A touch metallic but fun.
