Bottle @ Papsø. Tasted blind. Pours clear reddish amber with a creamy white head and lacings. Nose is tart of berries, red wine and yeast. Flavor adds caramel, almond and alcohol. Vinous. Full bodied. Warmth... Good.

75 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe. Pours clear and golden orange with a small off-white head. Aroma is phenolic, fruity and slight yeasty. Sweet fruity flavoured, light malt note mixed with a lot of yeasty fruit flavours. Smooth and mellow. Lingering fruity, malty and yeasty finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of bu11zeye. Pours amber with a slight haze and an off-white head. Aroma has overripe fruit and a slight tartness. Medium body, very sweet fruits - slightly overripe - again with a discreet tartness. A little yeast too. Rather warming alcohol finish. 270310

Bottle from a trade with phaleslu. Pours clear dark copper with cream colored head. Aromas of vanilla, oak, bourbon and malts. Flavor is lots of bourbon with vanilla and sweet caramel malts. Medium body with moderrate carbonation. Thanks Peter.

Bottled. A hazy dark golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of butter, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of butter, lemon, straw, and alcohol, leading to a thick alcoholic finish.
