Bottled. A hazy amber beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of grapefruit, hops, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and mineral, leading to a dry mineralic finish.

Bottle, 7.0%. Mild sweet aroma, hint of brett. Cloudy orange colour. Small stable white head. OK brett aroma, quite funky, a little orange peel. I know it is a biere de garde, but it seems infected. Not bad, though.
