On tap at Bankside. Pours a fairly clear gold with a thin head. Aromas are lovely: pine, mango, peach... flavor is more of the same with a delicious resin finish. Lovely.
Side note: bought a mixed twelve with bottles of this in it. Not as good as the on tap version. It has a bit more chewy malt and a little less hoppy brilliance. Still good... just not brilliant.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy straw color with a thin head. Aromas of dough and lemon... but they are faint. Flavor is a pleasant enough punch of lemon over a kind of wimpy body. As far as session IPA's this one is fairly interesting and decent. That said, if you aren't mowing grass...

Well... what I had is a bottle marketed as \"Schlafly IPA\" in 2021. It is labeled as 5% abv with 35 IBU. It pours a light gold/straw color with a bit of haze and aromas of lemon, floral hops, and a bit of an herbal presence. Flavor is not too exciting. Light and lemony with a bit of an off flavor at first that seems to clear as it airs a bit. Tastes a bit like a slightly malty lemon drop.

Bottle from mixed twelve pack of IPAs. Pour on this one is a gusher... two inches of beer and a glass full of foam. I expect a slightly off aroma, but it smells fine. A bit of grapefruit and lemon, some light honey sweetness. Flavor is nice and fruity... but the over carbonation makes it sting just a bit on the tongue. Interesting and I would be eager to know if this is normal or if I just got an odd bottle (or if someone shook it before I got to it... haha.) I got two more, so I'll update if I have additional news.

On tap at Schafly Bankside. Pours a slightly hazy straw color with a thin head. Aromas of barn funk, honey, maybe some lemon and oak. Flavor is lovely. Crisp and sharp with lemon and funk with a bit of tropical fruit to balance. Very nice saison.

Decent, if a tad simple. Offers up chocolate, caramel, a little cascara, a hint of roast, with cherry, raisin, and a little coffee coming through in the fade. Never achieves much depth, but easy enough to drink.
