40ml from tap at Down Jones Market Beer. Black color, medium bitter coffee colored head. Smells of berry notes, cherries, mulberry, light raisins, hints of some chocolate notes. Nice smell. Full body, light creamy carbonation. Tastes of berry notes, cherries, mulberry, nutty, raisins, figs, bit jammy, earthy, light chocolate notes. Finishes bitter sweet with notes of berry notes, cherries and some marzipan. Quite nice one, heavy on the berry notes, could use a bit more chocolate or something 7,4, 7,3,16

40ml from tap at Down Jones Market Beer. Amber clear color, small white head. Smells of resin, earthy, peppery, light dill. Ok smell. Full body, light carbonation. Tastes of resin, earthy, pines, peppery, candy. Finishes with a nice silky mouthfeel and medium bitter with notes of resin, pines and peppery notes.nice to drink, yeah it's heavy, but I liked the mouthfeel, not too complex though. 6,4,7,3,15

Tastes earthy, rubbery, rather thin, peppery, some veggies. Finishes rather bitter with notes of pepper, rubber and earthy notes. Not a fan, not good to drink 5,4,3,2,8

A hazed milky blonde ale with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, beautiful mix of guava pulp, light tropical fruits, light lemony notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light lemon notes, guava, very nice and refreshing in the Rio heat. On tap at Zer09.

Dark brown with a medium head. The aroma is a bit funky with some interesting muscovado sugars. Thin palate, with some dark sugars but not much roast. Low hop overall, and it ends up being decent but quite light for the style.

Clear golden colour, white head. Fruity aroma, mango, apricot, hops, tropical fruits, pineapple. Bitter hoppy flavour, fruity hops, light sweet notes. Fruity finish, pineapple, ripe mango, tropical fruits, apricot. Nice!! I’m continuously impressed by the recent surge of the Brazilian beer scene.

Clear blond to orange beer, creamy irregular yellow head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, lots of citrus, grapefruit, mango, passion fruit, peaches. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet fruity start, pretty bitter, citrus, mango. Aftertaste: bit medicinal, citrus, very fruity, lovely beer!!
