Bottle, brewed in 2019. Color: Black, dense light brown head. Aroma: Roasted malt, hints of chocolate and coffee and licorice. Taste: Roasted malt, notes of coffee and cocoa. Nice 'old fashioned' traditional Stout. Pretty smooth mouthfeel. Subtle fruity notes of blueberry. Over medium body, average carbonation. Moderate sweet, over moderate bitterness. Somewhat more bitterness at finish.

Bottle. Color: Murkish reddish brown, long lasting dense beige head. Aroma: Malty, caramel, hoppy background. Taste: Very smooth mouthfeel, nild, caramel malt, subtle notes of coffee, hints of chocolate and nuts. Moderate sweet and moderate hopbitterness. Very slightly sour, like the sourness you sometimes taste in coffee. Ok.

Draft on a very nice evening at proeflokaal De Schans 06 dec 2019. Color: Dark ruby, beige head. Aroma: Caramel, hop. Taste: Moderate sweet, over moderate bitter, caramel, some toffee. Unless most bockbier nowadays in The Netherlands, this bock is not that sweet, fortunately. Actually it's one of the better Dutch bocks in my opinion.

33cl Bottle from Bierhut. Gusher! Amber colour, off-white head. Aroma of malts, hint of caramel, hay, medium sweet. Flavour is medium sweet, malty, light grassy, hint of caramel, decent bitterness. Light bodied. Decent, shame of the extreme gushing.

Looks like Schans Canadian Goose, but a different recipe and a much higher ABV, so IMO a seperate beer. Bottled. Orange brown color. Citrusaroma with a hint of caramel. Earthy citric hopbitter flavor with hints of butter and toffee. Tasty ale, medium bodied.
