Sampled at KBC Festival Den Bosch May 1st 2011. Very nice slightly hazy pale yellow color, decent white head. Nice fresh taste, lightly grassym, lightly citrussy. Nice witbier.

Draught @ KBC Festival Den Bosch 2011. Hazy orange color, small head. Smell malts and some spices. Taste is better, a bit bitter and not so much spices or herbs. Carbo and body decent.

This witbier has a very nice smell for a witbier. Not to much corriander like in some others. Colour was decent for a witbier. Mouthfeel wasn’t as nice as i’ve hoped. I must admit witbier isn’t my favorite style.

Tap @ KBC ’11 Den Bosch. Lovely golden-orange colour. Taste and smell are a bit dull. Decent mouthfeel.

Bottle 750ml. caramic bottle w. swing top @ ChrisOs - Christmas Tasting. [ As Goeye Goet Herfstbock ].Clear medium to dark amber color with a average to small large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, caramel, bock aroma, malt, light vegetables. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, light sour milk ! Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20101228]

ChrisOs Christmas Tasting. Clear red brown beer. Residual tan head. Light palate, semi soft and semi dry. Sweetish malt, somewhat watery. Blandness abounds!

Bottle at Chris NY Tasting 2010. Ruby clear. Thin cream head. Dark roast aroma. Decent dark malts bit of ginger style heat. Fine.

On tap at PINT Meibockfestival. Clear golden orange colour, white head. Aroma is fruity, light flowery, light spicy. Flavour is light sweet, flowery, light spicy, bit cardboard bitter finish. Medium bodied.

Tap (PINT BBF 09): Clear, dark ruby-amber coloured, big stable tanned head with a little lace; fruity (infected?) and toasty nose; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied; hoppy and infectous-fruity traces in the sweet-caramelly finish. Not so good......

On tap at In de Wildeman. Hazy dark brown colour, dense beige head. Aroma of roasted malts, caramel, some dark fruits. Flavour is dry, roasted malts, dark fruits, caramel, light sweet, dry light bitter finish. Medium bodied. Solid bock.
