Sampled from 0.5 l bottle from local ’trinkgut’, best before April 2018. Clear, golden yellow with a thin, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly grassy-spicy and a little floral aroma of grains and some straw. Slightly sweetish, moderately bitter, a bit grassy-spicy and a bit floral taste of grains and some straw with very faint hints of honey, followed by a short, quite bitter, moderately grassy-spicy finish. Almost medium-bodied, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Fairly bland, but inoffensive and very quaffable.

Bouteille(Getränke Schneider, Cologne); Golden, clear, stable creamy and lacy white head, visible carbonation; mild grainy and sourish-fruity nose with an illusion of cooked vegetables; mild to moderate bitter-sweet flavour with a slight (fruity) acidity, no infection at all; light bodied and fizzy; lingering fruity and mildly bitter finish. Not demanding, but refreshing...

Pours clear golden blonde, medium sized, stable white head. Smell is very absent. A very mild maltyness, if you really search for it. Taste is mostly malty, but medium aromatic thnx to rather intense ( for the style) amounts of white bread, biscuit, and even some dough. A really, really fine and subtile hop character than only provides the bitterness to counter the malts, and make a great drinkable beer all together. nice .
