Clear golden with a white head. Blood orange and coriander aroma. Sweet taste with a proper bitter finish. Nice blond.

Bottle drunk after finishing the routing under the tuners on my bass. Almost-clear amber, moderate head with loud fat bubbles. Nose is grainy malt, not much hoppiness. Mild acidity that's citrus-adjacent, grain dominant, it's alright but I don't really notice the advertised fruits or any juniper.

Can day 19 of the advent calendar that I curated for Loz. Had this day 25, so 25th December, Christmas Day after a 6km loop hike to Gasthof zum Sonnewald Schofweg. Listening to Tortoise - Touch, cooking Za'atar Roasted Squash with Spiced Yoghurt and Pickled Chillies also Quince and Pomegranate Glazed Pork also Lamb and Feta Börek, also cous cous, and finally Baba Ganoush. Pours hazy dark gold with a white head, good mouthfeel, yeah nice carbonation. Wouldn't necessarily think yeah Kumquats and Mango but it's definitely fruity and slightly tropical, slight warmth from abv, good Score 7.0

Best before 04/25, from amstein. Preparing.relax the meal for the 24th in family, cold and siberian weather for one time, average free beer of alcool, fruity, note of orange peel, smooth, malty and bitter, a bit syrupy, not bad, rather light.

Bottle from Mr. Hop drunk with a goat cheese and caramelized onion burger at home. Medium amber, flowery honey nose. Nice smooth flavor, decent hop balance, grain forward at first. Pretty good non alk.

16/12/2025. Bottle from Gondola, Willemstad., Curaçao. Enjoyed on Marella Discovery 2 at sea after leaving Aruba. Slightly hazy pale golden with a pour. Firm white head. Aroma is citrus, grapefruit, chalky, sweet malts, bready, buttery, caramel. Quite sweet, very mild bitterness. Slight spiciness initially, but became more bread and butter pudding like. Not unpleasant but a bit of an oddity.

Kolor herbaciany, klarowny. Piana barwy ecru, wysoka średnio trwała, intensywnie oblepia powierzchnię szkła, choć brak krążkowania.
Aromat i średnio wysokiej do wysokiej intensywności. Są tu nuty owocowe (mandarynka, czerwone włoskie pomarańcze), są akcenty przyprawowe czy korennne. Generalnie zapach, przynajmniej jak dla mnie jest trochę ciężki.
Na początku, w smaku, słodowa i owocowa słodycz. Wydaje się być dość wysoka, skontrowana - na szczęście, chmielową goryczką. Goryczka może nie wydaje się być zbyt wysoka, czy intensywna, ale bez niej piwo byłoby trudne do wypicia.
Średnie do niskiego nasycenie. Ciało pełne. Tekstura gładka, miękka. Posmak średnio długi, wytrawny z goryczkowym tłem.

From Amstein, best before 07/25, enjoying this can after a busy day, happy to a break before to sleep. Right and tasty blonde on the pils and pale ale, dry and smooth, note of orange, citrus, bitter, aromatic and floral, good job for the apero.

At the end, one moment free for me, best before 06/25, from Amstein. Light and classical wit bier, brewed on the Belgian way, standard, a bit fruity and sweet, discreet hint of coriander, wheat, malt, normal bitterness, smooth and dry.

Bottle picked up from Mr Hop, webshop Venray, Netherlands and consumed Saturday 15th November 2025 the first anniversary of Bob's passing. We had a Greek feast tonight, Souvlaki, Greek Salad, Deep Fried Mussels with Skordalia and Lemony Potatoes, then a long video call with Scott and Mandy. Pours a brownish colour, there's a slight haze, light beige head. Spicy nose with a little maltiness, some caramel both on the nose and in the mouth, also a little heavy on liquorice and some cinnamon which has a slight numbing effect. It's quite good but not really doing it for me.
