Brouwerijtick van de Aldi voor 1,49. Heldere roodkoperen kleur en een blubberige lichtroze kraag die snel ineenzakt. Geur is zoet, bessen, frisdrank (cassis). Nog zoeter retronasaal (maar inderdaad wel kunstmatig zoet) met fruit. Smaak is zeer zoet, kunstmatig, fruitella. Goede carbonatie, dat dan weer wel. Lichte body. In de finish zit nog een vleugje van bier, maar niet genoeg om dit niet door de gootsteen te spoelen.

Buying this beer at one coop, in Brig. Best before.03/25. Trying it at Epalinges, yesterday after a walk with my son in the Lavaux. Good beer, rather a good surprise better than the helles, in my point of view, perfumed note of rice, cereal, sparkling.

Drinking this beer the last week, at home, 30.10.25. Good tripel, a note of a classical Belgian tripel with a hint of ipa and tropical fruit, malt, boozy, smooth, note of sugar and hop.

330mL bottle, pours a clear golden amber with a medium white head. Nose reveals moderate esters, cotton candy, and candi sugar. Flavour is too estery and sugary for the style, with candi sugar, cotton candy, huge esters… just not attenuated enough. Finishes extremely sweet for the style. Off the mark.

Karamelliger, dunkel malziger Beginn. Milde Süße, getreidig, deutliche Herbe, moderat bitter. Viel dunkles Malz zum Ende, langer Nachhall. 8/10/9/10/9/9
