Pretty rough if this is supposed to be a porter. Tastes more like a funky dunkelweizen or something. Banana and florals etc. It even pours dark maroon. Definitely something went wrong here in this beer. Tap at University Draft House Town Lake.

Grapefruit marmalade is pretty huge here. Something a little off after the initial smell, once it's in the mouth. Pours golden with pretty good head and lacing. Light tangy finish with a little bitterness. Tap at University Draft House Town Lake.

Peanut and some roast. Mash malt pretty heavy on this one. Cloys for a while on finish. Pours black with creamy head. Light bitter end. Tap at Roosevelts at 7.

Can from Steve. Deeply hazy light brown (like apple cider), light sparkle, thin head with fair retention, trace lacing. Aroma is caramel and mild butterscotch. Taste is strong version of aroma with bittering hops. Smooth, thick texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Not sure what a "Texas Coast IPA" is supposed to taste like; a traditional/West Coast IPA well past its prime with the addition of diacetyl? If so, nailed it! If not, this is likely old (no date so who knows?) AND something off. Would like to try something else from this brewer.

Tap. Very dark brown color with medium beige head. Aroma of milk chocolate, peanut butter, nougath, light roasty notes. Tadte is the same. I liked it.

Really delicious amber that has a decent IBU backer. Really well done. This brewery is blowing me away with how complex their flavors are.

It's not my favorite flavors, but for those who are a fan of the chewy peanut butter porters, you'll love this one. It's in the nose. Delish

Really super smooth cream that doesn't have the chemical aftertaste. That takes skill. Well done.
