Can that pours a clean dark brown colour with ruby highlights. The head is frothy, kind of creamy as well, light mocha-coloured with decent retention and some mild foamy lacing. Big maple syrup nose over a roasted and caramel malts base. Hints of nuttiness and apples. The taste shows a bit of the sweetness with the maple sap notes, nuttiness, but balanced with the grassy hops the cut the sweet notes, finishing in a lightly dry end. The burnt barley and a tad tartiness lingers. Easy-drinking, rich enough for those who like this, with hints of apples that blends things.

Can from LSBO, Grimsby, ON. Non existing aroma. Gold colour. Blend of macro and apple taste. Really clean ending. A mixed bag of both macro and craft but it grew on me.

De couleur brun foncé avec reflets rubis. Elle est limpide et développe une mousse épaisse, dense et tenace. Éléments de torréfaction bien présents à l’entrée de bouche qui cèdent rapidement leur place à une complexité sucrée pour réapparaitre en finale et nous donner une amertume douce mais efficace. Présence de mélasse, de fruits noirs, d’anis, de chocolat, de café. Les houblons sont très légers et présentent un aspect subtilement résineux. Le corps est définitivement plus rond que normal et la carbonatation très douce. Beaucoup plus sucrée que la majorité des bières de ce style mais ô combien délicieuse et complexe. This porter poured a deep dark amber colour with a big old tan colored creamy head. Nice lacing. Scents include malt, caramel, dough, molasses... First swig was smooth and creamy with flavours of vanilla, roasted malts, molasses and brown sugar. Finish is very malty with nuts and vanilla flavours lingering.

Getting hazier as it pours from the 750ml bottle. Golden-orange colour with a few particles, a white cap, average retention and leaving a 3mm thick foam lacing with a coat on the top of the brew. The Brett in the nose gives out medicinal notes, herbal like some mint. Orange fruity base. There is still some sourness in the taste, which does feel like most of their beers, and not a typical Saison. Decent, but wish less Brett, sourness and medicinal action.

473mL can, pours black with a medium tan head. Nose is gentle and laid back, with toasted malt, some crusty bread, and a touch of espresso. Flavour is dry and malty, with crusty rye bread, toasted malt, and a hint of espresso. Very low residual sweetness; nice and toasty. Not an interesting porter, but it's decently constructed.

Can that pours a golden colour with lots of different sized transparent particles. The head is quite big, frothy, even creamy, white with long retention and leaving traces of creamy lacing. Fruity, mild yeasty aromas with notes of oranges, lemon zest. The taste is mild enough with a quick exit. Light dryness is left. Again, some oranges, but not much else. I guess an easy-drinking, beautiful-looking, refreshing ale.

Poured from 473mL can (pkg 07/15/21). Slightly hazy blonde with full white head. Wheat, pepper, and lemon with a touch of banana, a bit of citrus peel with some dry grassy floral hops, some lingering carbonation on the tongue.

Hazy, bright yellow colour with a big frothy, slightly off-white warm head, good retention and thick foamy lacing. Fruity aromas with citrus, hints of apples and a blend of the vanilla and lactose that works well together. This continues into the taste with the vanilla lingering, smoothly. Some nice dryness end up building in the finish, with the citrus peel showing off. Easy-drinking, and not too sweet overall for the style.
