Getting hazier as it pours from the 750ml bottle. Golden-orange colour with a few particles, a white cap, average retention and leaving a 3mm thick foam lacing with a coat on the top of the brew. The Brett in the nose gives out medicinal notes, herbal like some mint. Orange fruity base. There is still some sourness in the taste, which does feel like most of their beers, and not a typical Saison. Decent, but wish less Brett, sourness and medicinal action.

473mL can, pours black with a medium tan head. Nose is gentle and laid back, with toasted malt, some crusty bread, and a touch of espresso. Flavour is dry and malty, with crusty rye bread, toasted malt, and a hint of espresso. Very low residual sweetness; nice and toasty. Not an interesting porter, but it's decently constructed.

Can that pours a golden colour with lots of different sized transparent particles. The head is quite big, frothy, even creamy, white with long retention and leaving traces of creamy lacing. Fruity, mild yeasty aromas with notes of oranges, lemon zest. The taste is mild enough with a quick exit. Light dryness is left. Again, some oranges, but not much else. I guess an easy-drinking, beautiful-looking, refreshing ale.

Poured from 473mL can (pkg 07/15/21). Slightly hazy blonde with full white head. Wheat, pepper, and lemon with a touch of banana, a bit of citrus peel with some dry grassy floral hops, some lingering carbonation on the tongue.

Hazy, bright yellow colour with a big frothy, slightly off-white warm head, good retention and thick foamy lacing. Fruity aromas with citrus, hints of apples and a blend of the vanilla and lactose that works well together. This continues into the taste with the vanilla lingering, smoothly. Some nice dryness end up building in the finish, with the citrus peel showing off. Easy-drinking, and not too sweet overall for the style.

A golden pils with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet biscuit malt with Saaz hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, sweet fruity biscuit malt with Saaz hops, grapefruit, light oxydation, still solid for 2013 beer.

Not a bad smell with full cereal grain malts. Very slightly unfiltered, light bright yellow colour with a creamy slight warm cap, good retention and some creamy-streak lacing. Big hops do come out eventually in the nose, with some grapes and mild honey notes. Gets hazier as it pours. Not sure if with time this one turns sweeter, but getting a rich, not thick though, sweeter mouthfeel instead of hoppy like most hoppy light beers nowadays. Again, grape juices and light honey. Not getting this, so the original Lug Tread is more of my go-to... with a glass of water in between them if I want this low alcohol feel.

Pours a clean amber colour with a warm light-beige frothy head, good retention leaving some nice creamy-foamy patches of lacing. Caramel malt base with some apples notes and mild spices. The mouthfeel has a mineral water feel, with some nice flavours of banana, caramel, spices (cloves) and hints of rum-raisins. Gets hazier as I pour. The beer has a nice bitterness that builds with time. A good dryness lingers. A pretty good Weizenbock that steps up the style.

Beautiful notes of toasted and buttered bread, a few hazelnuts, vanilla and caramel make up the elements of a well malted olfactory. Small beige foam rather sparkling that descends quickly. Absolutely clear copper amber liquid. Taste is caramelized, with notes of toasted hazelnuts, toasted bread, with a wood shaving base and an earthy bitterness at the end. Whisky's barrel aging leaves no notes. The finish is dry and with leafy and earthy notes. Excellent example of style, although the partial aging in barrel of Whisky and the addition of wood and vanilla did not yield much more.
