This ale poured a clear, deep amber colour with a creamy, bright white head. Nice lacing. Scents include vanilla, honey and chai. First swig was very creamy. Flavours of chai, vanilla, light hops and cream. Finish is slightly hoppy and minimally sweet with some hoppy bitter notes at the end.

A hazed dark purple ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with Brett, light lactic notes, ground cherry, grapeskin, nice and complex. In mouth, tart mix of ground cherry, light lactic notes, light Brett, very nice and complex.

This Märzen poured a clear dark amber colour with a soapy white head. Minimal lacing. Scents include ripe fruit and raisins. Which is basically the same thing. First swig was slightly sweet with flavours of ripe fruit, raisins and brown sugar. Finish is slightly hoppy with minimal bitterness lingering.

A hazed golden pils with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet biscuit malt with grassy hops, oxidized, tired. In mouth, mineral malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, OK at best.

A reddish copper bock with a thin light mocha head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with dark fruits, light mineral notes, light banana esters, cloves, pleasant. In mouth, sweet caramel malt with dark fruits, bananas, light vanilla, alcohol warmth, pleasant.

This alt poured a clear amber colour with a off white, creamy head. Fantastic lacing. Scents include toasted biscuit, must, caramel, wood and freshly cleaned washroom. First swig was very good. Flavours of basement, oatmeal and biscuit. Finish is malt and toast. Slightly bitter.
