Tasting at Phill's, bottle, 4 years old
Hazy dark amber colour, compact head. Mild acidity, mild fruity character, not very impressive, no complexity, it's on the declining slope, while Belgian Oud Bruin usually can keep up a bit longer.

Not hazy, not dank, cereal and malt taste. Ok but absolutely nowhere near the style.

Can: Poured a slightly hazy bright yellow/orangey color ale with a medium size foamy head with OK retention and some alcing. Aroma of juicy hops notes with some light floral undertones is enjoyable. Taste is also a mix of juicy hops notes with some light residual sugar and floral undertones. Body is just about average for the style with good carbonation. Enjoyable but hops profile could be even more pronounced.

473ml can. (5.0% ABV) Pours a slightly hazy gold-yellow with a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that laces nicely. Aroma of estery yeast, wheat malt, lemon, banana, clove and floral hops. Sweet flavour of bready wheat malt, yeast, lemon, banana, spicy clove, floral and a hint of bubble gum in a dry, bitter grass finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Not bad.

This session ale poured a medium amber colour with a creamy off white head. Nice lacing. Scents include apricot, light citrus and corn. First swig was a little thin with flavours of light toast, brown sugar and light apricot. Finish is slightly sweet with lingering apricot flavours.
