Hazy golden-orange colour with an off-white head that stays averagely, leaving some foam streaks. Kind of a funky nose, not so Brett though, with maybe the closest to have a little earthiness, and sourness is not too crazy. Really fruity with some sugar notes. The taste has fruitiness showing again, with some light earth, sourness and even hints of cinnamon in the finish. A tad dry in the end. Another very different gruit beer from this series, which ends up being quite nice.

A hazed blonde gruit with no head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grassy notes, light spices, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light cinnamon notes, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice and complex. Bottle at brewery.

Draft @ Skaal, Copenhagen. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grassy hoppy aroma. Fruity malty grassy hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty grassy hoppy finish.

Can that pours a slight unfiltered light-golden colour with a frothy white head, decent stay and some soapy lacing. Fresh herbal hop aromas of grass and leaves, with some cilantro hints. The taste shows some nice bite with the grassy hops, but also some nice cereal notes in the background. The hops really linger a long time with bitterness. Like biting in the peel of citrus fruits. Well, Beau's probably wanted to create a 4% ABV. beer that felt like a 6% regular IPA and has succeeded.

On tap. Pours a clear gold-yellow with a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that laces nicely. Aroma of grainy pale malt, grass and floral hops. Semi-sweet flavour of grainy pale malt, biscuit, grass, yeast and herbal hops in a crisp, dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Ok.

Pours a clean rich amber colour with a bubbly-frothy warm beige coloured head that goes down slow enough, and leaves foamy lacing. Cereal grain malts in the nose with some fruitiness, mild caramel sweetness and hints of nuttiness. The hops do come out eventually, releasing some grassy notes. The taste is mostly sweet with the caramel malts and some fruitiness blended in. The finish is somewhat bitter with a dry mouthfeel lingering. I find this one a little too rich to have more. Prefer the Lug Tread over this one.

Had this one on cask at the Arrow & the Loon in Ottawa. Cloudy deep amber colour with a beige head that has great retention and light spiderweb lacing. The nose was fruity with some malt. Notes of apple cider could be scented and yeast as it went. The mouthfeel was nice and lightly dry. The taste was very mild with caramel malt, grains and hints of butterscotch. This was a great one to have on cask, just chilled, not cold and it did get better (flavours) as it breathed. It was nice to have the last glass available on cask, and fit well with the bison burger I had.

A reddish pink saison with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light banana esters, cloves, light pepper corns, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light banana esters, cloves, light peppercorn, nice. On tap at Beau's St Patrick 2019.
