Musty grass, musty cereals, floral notes, light pine notes. I don't get these flower fruit ales Beau's keeps brewing. Is there really a demand for these?

Bottle from the lcbo. Hazy red pour, with a large off white head. Aroma is Raspberries, I guess. It's just random sweet berries if you ask me. No signs of the rhubarb, lots if wheat. Mouth feel is thin, carb is soft. Finish is sweet, but it's soft with some light savouriness, and more fruity wheat. Meh.

Pinkish purple pour, small white head. Aroma is thin and watery, notes of berries and light wheat. A bit herbal, a bit grassy. Watery, thin mouth feel, soft carb. Refreshing, and crisp, but again, quite thin. Random berry semi sweetness, low bitterness, pretty bland.

600ml bottle from the lcbo. Clear amber pour, large white head. Looks quite nice. Aroma is sweet bready malts, light pine, light roasted cereals, hints of toffee, and grass. Mouth feel is full and satisfying, carb is soft. Finish is medium bitter, nice hops, full bodied cereals. Was quite nice on the deck by the pool.

Bottle from the LCBO.
Pours a dark purple, with reddish hues, and a pinkish/red head. Aroma has some nice blue berry notes with some soft citrus, and subtly sweet fruit. Mouth feel, and carb are standard for the style. Finish is fruity, low bitterness, distinct blue berry, very subtle, but its there, with a nice fruity hop bill. Refreshing, and solid.

Cloudy bronze pour, with a medium white head. Notes of apple, and quite a but of spice. Reminds me of a mulled German wine with lots of Clove and cinnamon with some cardamon, and nutmeg too. The apple adds a tartness that lingers through till the end. Dry finish, low bitterness, slight tartness.

Bottle from the lcbo. Slightly hazy yellow pour, with a large white head. Well balanced aroma, lots of great citrus, and pale, chewy malts. Light tropical fruit, hints if floral herbs and some sharp green hop cones. Medium bitterness, pithy bitterness. Loads of citrus zest, and light white grape. Nice.

600ml bottle. Clear Copper pour, medium off white head. Aroma is bready, nutty, soft toasted malts. Light hops, but not the pungent UK hop profile I was expecting, it's subtle and grassy. Overall is quite nutty, a brown ale, and Esb hybrid I think. It lacks the hop profile I think an Esb needs. Not a bad need, just needs more golding of fuggles.

Bottle from the lcbo. Pours a dark brown with red hues, and a big beige head. Nice roast, subtle sweetness, the cherry is incredibly soft and low key, actually a little tough to find. A nice roasty milk stout with some soft cherry sweetness. Low bitterness, hints of cocoa I the end, with solid roasty coffee notes. I dig it, subtle but tasty.
