[as Passion Boom Boom Shakalaka, ABV 9.0%] Lattina. Il naso riconosce indizi di luppolo e di frutta tropicale. L'intensità olfattiva è gratificante e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste e termina con merletti sul bordo del bicchiere. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il piano sottostante si presenta opalescente. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è strutturato non pesante. Il dolce è leggero. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è molto elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona e persistente. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di birra beverina. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul palato si riportano sentori di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, un accenno di resinoso, agrumi, pompelmo rosa, ananas, frutto della passione, mango e mandarino.

La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sul tetto della bocca si riportano indizi di miele, frutta secca, pane cotto di recente, erbaceo ed agrumi.

Canned 440ml. -at The Hop Store Pub Trieste, shared with hrabren. Pale yellow coloured, medium sized white head, grainy nose. Grainy taste with mild lemony and fruity touch. Watery. Good try but not for my taste.

0.5 l can shared with Ogi at Hop Store Pub, Trieste. Clear pale golden, small lasting off-white head. Aroma is soft grainy and herbal, slightly grassy. Thin, watery, light grainy flavour. Minimal bitterness, abrupt finish. Quite refreshing. Makes you sober instead of drunk.

440ml can. Minimally milky, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally strawy, pale malty and slightly grassy and citrusy, hoppy aroma, hints of lemon, hay, silage, doughy yeasty overtones. Taste is strawy, pale malty, slightly citrusy and hoppy, a doughy yeasty touch, hints of lemon, lemon peel, a grassy touch, moderate bitterness, subtle residual sweetness. Watery texture, dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Light, refreshing, highly drinkable, the doughy, yeasty touch - quite typical for a Low Alcohol beer - isn't that musty as is often the case and is therefore absolutely tolerable - not bad.

Can sourced from Beerdome and drunk at home (06/08/2021) - almost clear golden pour with a white head. Grassy and grainy with notes of straw, cereal, sweet bready malts, light body, bitter hoppy close. Not bad for the low abv.
