# 4568; 3/2025. Strong herbal aroma. Murky gold body; persistent off-white head. Herbal, grapefruit. Fuller body; medium carbonation. Good IPA, but I don't like it. 0,5 l, can, bar (Klub Betlémská), Prague.

Bottle shared at the hotel, kindly shared by Marko. Pale golden pour with a white head. Nose is grainy sweetness, light bready notes, a honey hint and a vague oak character. Taste is also malt-forward, it's sweetish, grainy, bready with just a hint of herbalous hops and an even slighter hint of the oak. Light bodied with soft to average carbonation. Easy to drink and definitely an interesting, elegant and refined drink, the oak character could've been slightly more prominent tho.

500ml Can - Hazy golden yellow with a foamy head. Passion fruit, peach, papaya and hints of melon and banana in the aroma. Passion fruit, pineapple, banana and papaya in the taste. Very nice.

500ml Can - Hazy light amber. Pine, caramel and some medicinal notes in the aroma. Herbal, hoppy and medicinal taste. Something went awry here.

Tap at Base Camp. Served a bit too cold, but np. I did not read the description beforehand, so knew nothing about any special story. Basically a really classic lager is what I have perceived, including light diacetyl. Feels good though, really easy drinking. Nice.

From tap at Galerie Piva, Prague, after seeing the opera Zabijačka – The Pig Slaughter – at Vzlet 06.02.25. Translucent pale straw colour. Dense white head and lacing. Aroma of pilsner malt and grassy pilsner hops. Also some succade. Decent bitterness.

24.1.2025. Tap at BeerGeek. Thin body, med-light carbonation. Medium bitterness, med-light sweetness. Moderate caramelly and orangey citrusy flavour. Little else to be found here, also a bit overwhelming. Good but not great kind. 5,9

27.4.2025. Can via Maly pivo. Not very exciting, but very nicely executed classic IPA with lots of citrusy, piney and generally fruity hoppiness. Clean taste, easy drinking. Quite good.

Tap at 7°. Hazy golden body, lasting, thick off-white head. Herbal, bit minerally, somewhat yolky aroma. Lean, dry taste, vague wild "thorny" herb, dry, smooth, cleanly yeasty, light white bread maltiness, light bitter kick. Good!

Tap at Beergeek Bar. Clearish amber body, off-white head. Peachy, jammy aroma, citric, resinous, bit caramelly - lovely! Soft, jammy taste, sweetish citric notes, bit of orange candy, minty notes, lightly caramelly malty again. Very, very good one!

500ml can, massive thanks to Marko. Poured a slightly hazy yellow golden colour with a thin white head. The aroma is big malt, Pilsner yeast. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, somewhat light, yeasty, light herbal, mineral, hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. A true Czech Pilsner with some flavour.
