Description
Former carpenter, Xavier Clerget and his partner Baptistine Fambon developed a passion for beer in the bars of the Rhône valley, but it was in their village of Saint-Agrève that they created their brewery in 2008, installing it in an old sawmill.

On this plateau, 1000 meters above sea level, the climate is harsh in winter, but, despite its isolation, the brewery quickly became known in Ardèche and elsewhere for the quality of its beers. The hoppy bitterness is privileged here - the brewery was one of the creators of the Front Hexagonal de Libiération - always with a beautiful aromatic power.

And their names, often borrowed from a cheerful humor (Commun’ale, Vue sur l'Amer, L’Asociale, Sous les Pavés among others), also refer to social and labor movements like the Paris Commune.
