Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours brown-red, equity very fine whitish foam. Aroma is intense of cherries, halfway between the real deal and cherry artificial flavour. Body is average, with intense carbonation and marked astringency. Taste is highly sour, also partially acetic, with some sweetness too. Final is long, sour and astringent.

33cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours dark red/brown, with fine, light brown foam. Aroma is fairly intense, of cherries, barrel ageing, funky with vinegar. Body and carbonation are average. Some nice astringency. Taste is pretty acetic, with some underlying sweetness. Final has some more nice tongue tickling from astringency.

Bottle at Heerlijk Mariakerke. Deep amber colour slight red tinge. Lasting thin cream head. A nicely soft Flemish Red that helps cutt through the smoked salmon and asparagus. Gives it a soir cherry edge. Good spir cherries. Not extreme but sour enough. Slight sweet on the tooth edge. I liked it. Well balanced.

Quite dark brown with thin head. Lots of sour fruity notes and a touch of cherry vinegar. Sweeter elements of malt and jammy ted fruits too. Sharper than a Duchesse but less extreme than a Verzet.
