Description
Blaze Brewing in Biddeford, ME., sits at the end of Pearl Street, in a newly renovated former mill building, overlooking the dam on the Saco River. We provide fresh food and an ever changing draft list, with menu items and beer for all tastes and palettes. Blaze offers both indoor and outdoor dining (weather permitting), with a comfortable setting: outdoor dining offers views of the Saco River, and indoor dining offers the ambiance of vintage brick and mortar, post and beam construction, a nod to the history of the building and area, but renovated for modern comfort.

16 oz. can. Flavor roasted grain, bitter chocolate, and traces of coffee dregs. Finish has a large amount of dry roast. The sweetness from the malts with the dry roasted finish works well. Body may e a tad lean. Real nice character for a base imperial stout.

16oz can from Halftime. Bright, clear golden, small got head, lively carbonation. Standard pils aroma, biscuit Malts, bread crust. Taste brings more crisp grainy flavors, a touch of sweetness and a proper hop bite at the finish. A good start to Super bowl Sunday.
