Description
Blaze Brewing in Biddeford, ME., sits at the end of Pearl Street, in a newly renovated former mill building, overlooking the dam on the Saco River. We provide fresh food and an ever changing draft list, with menu items and beer for all tastes and palettes. Blaze offers both indoor and outdoor dining (weather permitting), with a comfortable setting: outdoor dining offers views of the Saco River, and indoor dining offers the ambiance of vintage brick and mortar, post and beam construction, a nod to the history of the building and area, but renovated for modern comfort.

16 oz. can. Pours a muddy, brown color, with a small, tan head. The aroma is caramelized sugar, pecans, toast, caraway, and vanilla. Sweet and burnt, with a light, acrid bitterness. Medium to heavy body, syrupy, and biting. Fun and reasonable.
