Aroma has slightly sweet citrus with a bit of mango underlying with some sweet grains supporting. Flavor has melon and slightly dank citrus with grass and a bit of sweet grain backing.

Can from Beer Shop, Oak Park. Pours cloudy dark yellow with a foamy off-white head, citrus-pineapple aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter citrus zest-pineapple taste, thin body, long citrus peel finish. Good NEIPA.

Aromas are cinnamon, nutmeg, malt and toffee. Flavors are similar to note bittersweet up front for a little bit of carbonic tang. I'm normally not a fan of Oliphant but I thought I'd give this one a shot. I see no reason to change my mind.

Crowler thanks to Tom! Pours a clear dull gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy grass with a bit of dull citrus and a bit of dank pine underlying. Flavor has peach and slightly sweet citrus with some light grain underlying.
