Bügelverschlußflasche (Vielen Dank, Julian!): Hazy, amber coloured, lots of floaties visible, medium-sized, slowly collapsing off-white head; distinctive (linden-) honeyish nose with malt and hops underneath; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, perhaps a bit light bodied; lingering distinctive hoppy and honeyish-malty finish. Fine swiss brew........

(swing top bottle) Cloudy, murky amber to chestnut-brown coloured hue with lots of floaties and a mid-sized off-white foamy head.Sweet and slightly toasted malty aroma with distinctively strong notes of Linden-honey, accompanied by shades of toffee. Surprisingly light-sweet flavour, almost medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Slightly toasted malty and honey-fruity taste with floral notes; almost dry honey-ish and slightly toasted finish. Not very complex but pretty aromatic brew. 16.XI.09

bottle. Pale yellow colour, medium-size head. Well-balanced lemony and beery flavours. Not as sweet as many other beers of this type. It is possible to detect the beer in the flavour and it tastes pleasantly lemony. Good thirst-quencher on hot summer days.

Bottle (by kind permission of Quack-Duck !): Golden, smaller, but quite firm white, lacing head; sweetish-grainy nose and distinctive, almost "perfumed" grassy and floral hops; very light bodied, light bitter flavour as well; short, a bit drier finish with barley and perfumed hops. Well drinkable, but a bit watery.........
