Description
Tunnel Brewery is dedicated to using the finest, local, raw materials, such as Maris Otter malts and First Gold hops, grown in the garden of Worcestershire. These will be matched alongside traditional English brewing methods.
Started brewing in 2005 at The Lord Nelson Inn on Birmingham Rd in Ansley. Moved in 2011 to the Red House Farm. In 2015 the Brewery was taken over by Indian Brewery. The Tunnel brand was gradually shut down after the take over. Tunnel Brewery then split off at some stage as a separate company and is now active as a client brewer.
Changed name into Time For Beer in 2020.

Gravity poured half-pint on 26th Aug 2015 at the Peterborough Beer Festival. Deep old golden colour, wispy topping. Fruity nose and a hop laden taste gave this an IPA feel to me, enjoyed it whatever the style (festival notes called it a session-bitter).

Hand-pulled pint in The Lych Gate, Wolverhampton on 28th Feb 2015. Light amber body with a white head that hung around. Aroma was tropical fruit with a citrus twist, the taste similar in nature, sweet and yet bitter flavours blending together nicely. Well balanced if slightly boring brew.

Bottled 500ml. -from www.beershop.hr Copper coloured, small off-white head, grainy caramel nose. Light roasted malt, caramel, some hops and notes of vegetables with hint of orange in the finish. Some buiscity notes as well. Not bad.

Again, thanks Ogi! Poured a dark amber/copperish colour with an off white head. Slightly t/roasty, herbal aroma, vague chocolate, quite nice. Mild, malty taste, grainy and roasty, vs. light notes of fine orange-like/citric hops, giving a mild impression of jaffa cakes here and there. Quite nice actually.
