Bottle at the in-laws’ flat - thanks to Nora! Pours hazy orange-gold with a fluffy, off-white head. This beer is not good. Has some apple notes, mildly toasted malt, a little citric accent. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. More cidery notes to finish, some earthy-leafy bitterness. Not much to like here.

Bottle at the flat in Sofia - sourced from Pivoteka online. Pours clear yellow with a small, foamy white head that fades quickly. Lightly sweet with bright lemony notes, lemon verbena, a little lemongrass, light acidity. Light bodied with delicate carbonation. Balanced finish, more bright lemony character and faint herbal notes. Quite a nice, easy-drinking beer.

Bottle at the flat in Sofia - sourced from Pivoteka online. Pours clear, deep gold with a creamy, white head. Light to medium sweet flavour with slight funky notes, almost brett-like, some earth, vague carrots perhaps, a little bread. Light bodied with active, massaging carbonation. Finishes with some further funk, pale wood, nips of grass. Interesting. Not altogether bad.

Lightly sweet with simple bready pale malts, nips of pine needles, subtle lemon and tangerine, low bitterness. Light bodied with massaging carbonation.
