Half pint handpulled at Far From the Madding Crowd, Oxford. Clear golden-brown body under a filmy layer with bubbles. Light citric aroma alongside fine flavours of fresh floral hops. Easy going session drink (16.03.2008).

Cask at GBBF 2007. A golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with light notes of fruit. The flavor is sweet malty with a medium fruity note as well as estery notes, leading to a dry and slightly bitter finish.

Cask @ GBBF 2007. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Fruity malty hoppy aroma with some grassy hints. Sweet malty and fruity flavor with hints of caramel. Malty fruity finish with slightly bitter finish.

Cask@Melton Mowbray Beer Festival 2007. Reddish brown beer with a toffee and dry aroma and a very nice toffee and mildly dry flavour. Overall a nice beer.

Cask@GBBF2007. Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is fruity, eggy and vegetably. Flavour is grassy and yeasty mainly. Some slight bready and earthy notes too along with mild tones of fruits.

Cask at Merton Summer Beer Festival 06-07-07 . Warm golden colour with white head, quite fruity and sweet bitterness ok, but overall felt a bit disappointed by this beer, never really did much for me A6 A3 F5 P3 Ov11 2.8 Had this again at The Hop Pole, Aylesbury, Bucks 20-07-09 Pours gold with a tiny white head. The aroma is slightly boozy and malty. Taste is quite strong, its malty, alcohol is there and its also a little dry at the end, much better beer than I recall so re-rated. A6 A3 F7 P3 Ov14 3.3
