Big thanks to quack-duck for that bottle. Looks really interesting. Beer in the glass very zippy, huge head. Starts dry and fruity, reminds me of a good white wine. Fruity notes of apricot. Finish dry-malty, modest alcoholic. An interesting beer!

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav’s place. Thanks Yoav. Clear reddish amber with a bubbly beige head. Aroma of earth, fruits (carambola and more), dusty notes, some malt and caramel. Sweetish malty flavor with some fruitiness, some yeast, spiciness and a drier and more spicy finish with a bit of alcohol. Over-carbonated. So-so.
