750mL bottle, pours a cloudy yellow with a few bubbles of head. Aroma is very musty, with tons of horse blanket, a touch of cheese, and gentle acidity. Flavour is bone dry, with lots of mustiness, horse blanket, gentle acidity, and a touch of apple core. Dry, lightly funky, and moderately acidic. Very nice.

Bottle shared by Fede The Beatnuts @Luppolo Station (Roma), thank you my friend! Correttamente servita a caduta dall'alto. Dorata torbida, schiuma leggera evanescente. Al naso note di mela annurca, leggero citrico, stalla, una nota vinosa. In bocca è acida medio-leggera, vinosa leggera, rustica, sporca, secca in chiusura. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione leggera. Piuttosto po' grezza, ma interessante.

Look at that military grade cork. Green apples, apples with a bite. Tart & juicy, but not vinagrous. Lots of twig, green leaf, tannins, very crisp apple. Usually more into funky ciders but I do have a weak spot for this style variant. Crisp, tight, juicy.

Bottle 750ml. @ [ Tasting by Fin & Loz ].Unclear light yellow colour with a small small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing head. Aroma is moderate apple, perfume, citrus. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, soapy, citrus tart, apple tart, farmyard, dry. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft.
