Took me a while to figure out I was drinking this. 50cl, label less plastic bottle filled at the Beer Shop in Plovdiv. Hazy straw gold with just some faint, white head. Nose has lots of yeast, some esters, some grist, honey. Flavor follows, a little chewy dough, honey, some straw, a little chewed bubblegum. Finishes a bit astringent. What a weird little beer.

Tap to plastic growler in Sofia, Bulgaria. Pours lightly hazed gold-orange with a creamy white head. Lots of cereal here, perhaps slightly soggy, with mellow straw bitterness and nips of doughy white bread. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation and a mildly creamy mouthfeel. Sweet finish with faint grains, cereal, hints of ripe lemon and hay bitterness. Simple and only so so overall.
