Not into beer? It’s okay. We’ll let it slide. Laht Neppur Cellars produces excellent wine. Or try our mead, Sweet Cider from Blue Mountain Cider, or our newest tap selection, Dry Cider from Freewater Cider. Plus, home-brewed root beer is always kegged and ready to go for the designated drivers or the kids. Why not make it a float!
We’re the kind of people who believe in peanut shells on the floor, good beer on tap, and yummy food on the grill. Stop in, say hi, and “Drink to Life!”

Bomber from brewery. Dark, dark brown pour with a foamy beige head that gradually recedes to a thin ring. Aroma is roast malts, nutty, charred wood. Taste is light roast, chestnuts, touch of sweetness and a thin but persistent bitterness at the finish.

Draft at brewery. Golden pour, light cloudiness, one finger dense head. Aroma is the peaches with minor weizen notes trailing behind. Light peach carries the taste, but you can also detect the weizen yeast and wheat. Really done hefeweizen with a splash of fruit.

taster pour at brewery. Dark brown with a tiny collar of beige head. Aroma kicks off with a healthy, boozy blast, dark malts. Taste is nutty, malty, sweet, tobacco and plenty boozy. If it wasn't the middle of summer, I would have liked to ahve more time with this alcoholic beast

Draft at brewery. Slick black pour, just a few bubbles. Woody, boozy aroma, prunes. Taste is where the Belgian yeast comes in, bringing out the real character to this strong ale. Sweet, boozy, wooody, earthy notes, pit fruit and molasses. Nice.

Sample at the 29th Annual Oregon Brewers Festival on 07/30/2016. Pours a cloudy orange-gold color with a medium white head that recedes steadily to a film. Strings of lace. Peach, yeast and malt in the nose. Light to medium body with flavors of peach, peppery yeast and malt. The finish is fruity with a peach aftertaste. Decent overall.

OBF 2015. Pours a murky orange copper color with a medium white head. A big peppery nose. The flavor is peaches, huge spicy heat, light toffee malty base. This works. Real well. But it’s a tough one to drink much of.

Tap at OBF 2015. Pours amber gold? Maybe just amber. Aroma of peach with clear hints of cayenne. Medium body or so. Flavor: It flames! And it’s peach. Even sweet peach, but -- it flames! Really spicy.

Bottle from friend, bought at brewery. Drinking this way out of season, but was afraid it wouldn’t last until fall. Spice actually tastes pretty good right now. Pours out a dark, but clear amber. Initial foamy head subsides quickly, but still fairly creamy. Aroma and taste both favor the cinnamon, nutmeg and savory essences, a bit of the malt backbone still present in the taste however. Pretty good, even out of season.

Bottle from friend (picked up at brewery). First reaction is that it reminds me of an East Coast IPA. Aroma is more fruity than hoppy, not citrus but pit fruit. Kind of a flat pour, taste adds hops to the fruitiness, unusual sweet character for a NW IPA. But not all together unpleasant.

Something went wrong here, way too sweet, and lactic. Not a good experience. Hopefully not a reflection on the brewery ad a whole.
