Description
It all started with Newton Road Ramblers, a Texas Country band we were apart of. As the sound faded, we decided to pursue our passion of beer. After ten years of home brewing, we decided to bring you Pondaseta Brewing Co.

Can from Tavour. Pours light, bright gold with a creamy white head. Aroma is grassy/grainy - a tad corny. Med body or so. Flavor is more grass/spice than grain. No corn. Dry. Moderately bitter. Crisp and clean. Decent.

Dang this is way better than expected, lemony stone fruit funk, not too tart or sour and tons of flavor for what it is. Some fantastically bready flavors on the finish too. Tasty unique stuff, oak sweet sandwich.

Can from the Tavour IPA Christmas box from my Mom. This one grew on me as it warmed. The passion fruit really stands out, and it mellowed nicely the wait we the beer got. Dry and dusty. A bit of astringency and puckering.

Can from Tavour’s holiday IPA set thanks to my Mom. Pours clear amber with off white head that fades quickly to a collar. Rich caramel malt aroma. Flavor is grainy, crystal malt and bread. Slight perfume hops.

Can pour from share with AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! It's a cloudy dark pink/red with no sparkle, thin cap of off-white head quickly fading to a ring with no lacing. Aroma is salt water and nondescript berry. Taste is combination of sweet and tart berries with late cracker. Mouthfeel is light bodied with thin texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, nothing is really wrong with this but it doesn't wow me in any way.

16 oz. can. Deep crimson color. Aroma has saline, mild berry. Mild berry lasts through out the sip but I can’t say either berry is distinct. The salinity is low but here. Lightly tart and not sweet.

16 oz. Aroma has notes of chalky candy dusty basements, faintly grassy, faintly bready. Pours clear golden with a two finger cream white head with excellent retention. Taste has significant malt sweetness backed by a moderate herbal hop bitterness, finishing dry. Nice pils, but it would be even better for me with less of that sweetness and more hop bitterness.
