Das ungarische Biest ist ein russian imperial Stout mit komplett schwarzer Farbe. Mit 12% Alkohol (nicht Stammwürze!) ist es sicher kein Leichtgewicht, aber ich habe es mir aggressiver vorgerstellt -auch schon wegen des Namens. Es ist ein super ausbalanciertes, röstmalzbetontes Stout, dem man seinen Alkoholgehalt nicht gleich anmerkt. Es rinnt gemütlich die Kehle hinunter und vermag auch noch zu erfrischen.

Közepes, tartós hab, baracklé szín, szűretlen. Citrusos, grapefruitos illat. Citrusos, grapefruitos ízek, nemi élesztős mellékízzel. Egy kicsit lehetne lágyabb. Könnyed, közepesen szénsavas, erősen keserű. Nem rossz, de lehetne még finomítani rajta.

Draft. A hazy yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of spices, hops, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, hops, spices, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

Kicsi, nem túl tartós hab, rózsaszín-narancssárga színű. Kissé savanykás, gabonás, gyümölcsös illat. Gyümölcsös, picit savanykás, gabonás ízek, halvány búzasörös vonással. Könnyű, közepesen szénsavas, enyhén keserű. Kicsit több a keserűje mint a búzasöröknek, ettől kap egy kis grapefruitos beütést. Kicsit búzásabbra számítottam. Valahogy nem áll össze egésszé, a Project Series második tagja még annyira sem tetszik, mint az első.

Draught at Kompasset Ølbar. Near black with a thin lightly tanned head that completely fades away. Sweet roasted aroma with coffee, chocolate milk, caramel malts and fruity notes. Red berries and toasted bread. Taste is light sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Too lively for the abv. and style. Finishes roasted fruity with dark malts and toasted notes. Coffee. Fine Porter.

Draught at Kompasset Ølbar, Copenhagen. Hazy, amber golden colour with a medium sized white head. Fruity aroma with citrus fruits, yeasts, grasses. Taste is bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes dry and bitter with yeasts, grasses and citrus. Very nice.
