Bottle, 0.33l. Deep brown/amber pour, one finger creamy beige head, medium retention, sticky lacing on the glass. Sweet on the nose, molasses, caramel, bread, dried fruits. Strong alcohol notes.
Full body, soft carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel and texture, creamy, chewy, sticky. Sweet taste balanced with somewhat strong bitter aftertaste. Aroma of toasted caramel, molasses, dried fruits, figs.Rye bread, toffee. Spices, nutty. Liquory aftertaste. Long lasting finish, dry, bittersweet, boozy.

From bottle at Müpa, Budapest, after seeing Siegfried at the Wagner days 20.06.26. Arma and taste of sweet marmalade, orange juice, wine gum and pale malt. On the sweet side, which is what I would expect Brünnhilde to taste like after watching the opera.

From tap at Müpa, Budapest, in both the first and second intermission of Die Walküre during the Wagner days 19.06.26. Cloudy orange straw colour. Off-white head and lacing. Fruity aroma and taste of wheat, curaçao orange peel and ripe bananas. Refreshing in a decent summer temperature of 29° C. A very good Hefeweizen!

From tap at Müpa, Budapest, after seeing Das Rheingold during the Wagner days 18.06.26. Clear golden. Dense and persistent off-white head and lacing. Aroma and taste of sweet pilsner malt and mellow German pilsner hops. Also a hint of grains in aroma. Good!

Bottled 330ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him & Hrabren. Yellow coloured, small white head, yeasty nose with whiff of white grapes. Sweet, yeasty, light white grapes, touch of spices and quite dry finish.
