Álljon itt a főzde pontos és tökéletes leírása: sör, ami belőled is kihozza a Behemótot! Hosszas kísérletezés végeredményeként legsötétebb vágyainkat zártuk palackba: a – reményeink szerint - tökéletes, mégis közérthető balti portert. Egy robusztus barna sört aszalt gyümölcsökre emlékeztető illatokkal, pörkölt kávés, karamelles ízjegyekkel, ami a 19-ik század egyik legkülönlegesebb sörtípusa előtt tiszteleg. Draft at the Keleti Waiting Room, Budapest. Poured a mostly clear medium amber colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is yeasty, light woody hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a smooth, malty, light toffee, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Draft at the Keleti Waiting Room, Budapest. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a short-lived, frothy white head. The aroma is big mango. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a rich, smooth, juicy mango, spicy habanero palate and a lingering chilli spice finish. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation.

From tap at the Belvárosi Sörfesztivál, Budapest, 07.09.25. Cloudy straw colour. White head. Aroma and taste of marmalade, sour citrus, pale malt and a hint of herbs. Not great.

Fles geprobeerd met LiekevdV, Roelzie en Koenzie tijdens een escapeweekend in Budapest. Het is een helder goudgeel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een aroma van mout. De smaak is moutig, fris en hoppig.

Hatalmas, örökké tartó hab, félbarna szín. Mézes, virágos, fenyős illat. Édes, mézes, déligyümölcsös, citrusos, fenyős, kissé alkoholos ízek. Testes, enyhén szénsavas, alig keserű. Túl vastag és az alkoholosság zavaró.
