25/1/2023. Bottle shared by MarkoNm, cheers. Pours clear deep maroon with a small frothy off-white pinkish head. Aroma is earthy, malt, cherries, slightly veggie. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness, touch of tart. Moderate body, oily and watery, average carbonation. Dry finish, touch of black forest gateaux and battenburg marzipan. Quite good.

0.33l bottle. Opaque yellow body with a thin white head. Grainy malts and hay in the aroma with notes of pears and some yeast. Traces of lemon zest can be felt too. Yeast is present in the aroma too such as grain and hay. Apples and spicy hops close the sip. Light medium bodied, easy to drink. For me it's closer to a kellerbier than to a kölsch beacause of the yeast presence and the level of hop bitterness. Anyways, this is a nice beer.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, redd-ish, amber colour with average to huge, thick, dense, creamy, moderately to mostly lasting, immensely lacing, sulphureous, off-white head. Mild and somewhat cautious, pale and caramel malty aroma with a touch of almond, marzipan, fruity hoppy hints of red berries, floral hoppy overtones. Taste is initially mellow malty and fruity hoppy, hints of marzipan, a touch of honey, nougat (Türkischer Honig), notes of red berries, red currant, increasing hop bitterness, dankness, resin and orange peel come in, a floral hoppy touch as well. Slightly oily texture, smooth and soft, slightly greasy, simultaneously minimally dry palate, fine, soft carbonation. Well crafted, immense and refined at once; technically a sipper, practically moreish - excellent!

Golden color wit white head. Aroma of fruity compot, light hops.,oxidation. Taste is very sweet with ripe tropial fruits, very harsh bitteress, oxidation, ligh hops. Bad.

0.33l bottle. Slightly opaque orange body with a thin white head. Aroma and taste of classic gingerbread notes like ginger, honey, cloves and some cinnamon. It also shows notes of pepper and coriander. OK beer, but it doesn't add much to a classic gingerbread flavor profile.

Bottle, 0.33l. Murky amber pour, one finger frothy off-white head, medium retention. Broken lacing on the glass. Interesting on the nose, fruity, plum candy, touch of spice. Light body, medium carbonation. Watery mouthfeel and texture, lightweight, fizzy, prickly. Sweet taste with slight sour tart in the background. Aroma of caramel, plum candy, sugar and citrus. A bit bland, somewhat empty. Short lasting finish, dry, light stickiness. Interesting but way too watery.
