0.33l bottle. Clear copper body with a thin white head. Kinda weird but it's redicluously close to the character of a Hungarian sausage. Lots of smoke and paprika with notes of garlic, cumin and some bready malts. On April's Fools' Day the brewery announced that they'll release a sausage tasting beer. I thought it's a joke. Not that they actually released it, but it really does taste like a sausage. Even more weird that it works. I wouldn't really drink this every day. But it's still nice.

clear amber colour, minimal beige-ish head; aroma and taste of burned sunflower seeds, paprika, ash - just like a Hungarian 'Kolbász' :) I like it very much! thank you very much for sharing, kapusil!

0,33 bottle. Nézzük a kis füstöset :) Bronzos-barnás érdekes szín, kitöltéskor krémszínű, majd eltűnő hab. Az illata érdekesebb, mint az eddig kóstolt társai. Igazából összehasonlító tesztként jobban le lehetne írni, de a lényeg az, hogy ezen nem csak a füstösséget érezni (esetleg gyümölcsösségget), hanem inkább tényleg egy "kolbászt", amit valószínűleg a paprikának, és egyéb hagyományos fűszereknek köszönhetünk. Egyedibb így, azaz teljesen magyaros. Nem olyan mint pl. a német híres füstölt-sör márka illata. Tetszik. Már az első korty után jól érezhető a csípősség is, maga a sör friss, jól iható, némi gyümölcsösség is érződik ivás közben. Nem túl testes, de ízek vannak bőven, ami miatt ez nem tűnik fel. Miután lecsúszott, markánsan marad a chili, és az érzet, hogy egy jóféle füstölt kolbászt eszünk éppen. Nekem kicsit szúrósan szénsavas volt, de lehet hogy ez jobban ihatóvá teszi. Teszt-fázisú darab. A tesztelők közül többen írták, jó lenne ha megmaradna. Ha nem is nagy volumenben, de igazi hungarikumként lehetne építeni rá. A smoked-kategóriában pedig bőven megállja a helyét. Jó volt :) (Talán egy picit kevesebb szénsavval és egy kis változtatással a pihentetés során, egy tartósabb habot is lehetne rá szerkeszteni. Bár ebben nem vagyok biztos, hiszen én még nem használtam ilyen frankó fűszereket eddig :)

Let's look at the little smokey one :) Interesting bronze-brown color, cream-colored when filling, then disappearing foam. The smell is more interesting than its peers tasted so far. Actually, it could be better described as a comparative test, but the point is that you can feel not only the smokiness (possibly fruity), but rather a real "sausage", which is probably due to the paprika and other traditional spices. It is more unique this way, i.e. completely Hungarian. Not like, for example, the smell of the famous German smoked beer brand. I like it. The spiciness is also noticeable after the first sip, the beer itself is fresh, easy to drink, and some fruitiness is also felt while drinking. It is not very full-bodied, but there are plenty of flavors, which is why this does not stand out. After it has slipped down, the chili remains prominent, and the feeling that we are eating a good smoked sausage. It was a bit too carbonated for me, but maybe that makes it more drinkable. It's a test-phase piece. Several of the testers wrote that it would be good if it were kept. Even if it's not in large volume, it could be built on as a real Hungarian classic. And it holds its own in the smoked category. It was good :) (Maybe with a little less carbonation and a little change during the resting process, a more lasting foam could be created. Although I'm not sure about that, since I haven't used such frank spices before :)

0,33 bottle. A sör gyönyörű szép volt. Mély gesztenyeabrna szín, ami fény felé árnyalatos nagyon szép. A habja fenomenális. Hatalmas, kemény, Szép barnásfehér, a szélein kissé árnyalatos. Ahogy a nagy könyvben meg van írva. Étcsokis, kissé mazsolás, karamell-malátás, jó intenzív aroma. Frankó test, gyenge szénsav, így minden jól érezhető. És bizony van is mit. A komlók miatt aszalt gyümölcsös lett, sorolni lehetne, mivel több félét bele lehet érezni, minden nagyzolás nélkül. Alapja egy nagyon jó krémes, csokis, száraz finom barna sör. Ahogy melegszik egyre aromásabb, egyre több minden érezhető! Számomra ez kiemelkedő darab, az egyik legjobban sikerült hazai barna, ami már bőven eléri egy komolyabb desszert sör szintjét. Nem tudom, hogy az átlag fogyasztóknak milyen igénye lenne rá, de az ínyenceknek egész biztos komoly! (Szóval remélem lesz belőle termék. A pontszámokban sem elfogultság, sem túlzás nincs részemről! ) Majd' elfelejtettem, mivel annyira kézenfekvő: a 9%-os alkohol bravúrosan el van bújtatva!

The beer was beautiful. Deep chestnut brown color, which is very beautiful with a light shade. The foam is phenomenal. Huge, hard, beautiful brownish white, slightly shaded at the edges. As it is written in the big book. Dark chocolate, a little raisin, caramel malt, good intense aroma. Frank body, weak carbonation, so everything is well felt. And there is certainly something. Because of the hops, it became dried fruit, you could classify it, because you can feel several sides in it, without any exaggeration. The base is a very good creamy, chocolatey, dry, delicious brown beer. As it warms up, it becomes more and more aromatic, more and more everything is felt! For me, this is an outstanding piece, one of the best Hungarian browns, which already reaches the level of a more serious dessert beer. I don't know what the average consumer would have for it, but for gourmets it is certainly serious! (So ​​I hope it becomes a product. There is no bias or exaggeration in the scores on my part! ) I almost forgot, because it is so obvious: the 9% alcohol is brilliantly hidden!

0,33 bottle. Informatív egyszerű címke. A sör szűretlen, ananászlé kinézetű, a hab felkevert kiöntés után szépen megmarad egy ujjnyi rétegben, apró lyukú és hófehér. Narancsos, citrusos, korianderes, fűszeres, banános finom illat, ha koncentrálok a bodza is előjön. Édeskés, alakaohol fokhoz meglepően testes nyit. Friss szénsavasság. Gyümölcsös sörnek tűnik, pedig csak a komlók és a bodza hatásával érték ezt el. Nagyon telt, nagyon zamatos, extra gyümölcsös, bodzás is. Nagyon üdítő és tényleg finom. Teszst-andrás korában nem ilyenre emlékszem, ez most tényleg jó volt, megkockáztatom az itthoni witbier-kísérletek közül a legjobb!

Informative simple label. The beer is unfiltered, looks like pineapple juice, the foam remains nicely in a finger-sized layer after being poured with stirring, with tiny holes and is snow-white. A delicate aroma of orange, citrus, coriander, spices, banana, and if I concentrate, elderberry also comes out. Sweet, surprisingly full-bodied to some extent. Fresh carbonation. It seems like a fruity beer, although this was only achieved with the influence of hops and elderberry. Very full-bodied, very flavorful, extra fruity, elderberry too. Very refreshing and really delicious. Original review text: 0.33 bottle. Köszönöm a főzdének a teszt-lehetőséget. Halványsárga, szűretlen búzasör szín, szép fehér habbal, ami vékonyan végig tart, és újra is fejleszthető. Illatával nem vagyok kibékülve. Banános, búzás alapon némi bodza illat, mellette valami furcsa kénes, gyógyvizes felütés. Elég savas, és savanykás is, ehhez illik a sok szénsav. Nem túl testes. A savanyú, uborkalére, ecetre hasonlító mellékíz kíséri a bodza és a búzasör ízt. Nekem ez most nem jött be. Hatása kicsit ízesített sörös. Nekem nem jó, de nem is tragikus. Az illata a végére valamelyest javult.

I thank the brewery for the opportunity to test it. Pale yellow, unfiltered wheat beer color, with a nice white head that lasts thinly throughout and can be developed again. I am not at peace with its aroma. Banana, wheat-based, some elderberry aroma, along with some strange sulfurous, medicinal water kick. It is quite acidic, and sour, and the high carbonation suits it. Not too full-bodied. A sour, cucumber-like, vinegar-like aftertaste accompanies the elderberry and wheat beer flavor. I didn't like it this time. It has the effect of a slightly flavored beer. It's not good for me, but it's not tragic either. The aroma improved somewhat towards the end.

0,33 bottle.Behind the decorative box packaging was an unfiltered, cloudy, amber-colored beer with a nice yellowish-brown head. It was quite nice. Coldly restrained, caramel malt aromas, with a little dried fruitiness, which later strengthens as the beer warms up. Very full-bodied beer. Somehow, along with the caramel, coffee, strongly earthy, dry flavor, I got a smoked meat effect :) Then as I drank more, it changed to a concentrated dried plum flavor, which was dipped in a strong espresso coffee :) The alcohol is noticeable, but there is substance in it, which makes it understandable. Medium bitterness, almost no carbonation. A delicious dessert beer recommended for sipping with a whole dinner (lots of meat)!

Díszdobozos kiszerelés mögött egy szűretlen, zavaros, borostyánba hajló színű, szép sárgásbarna habbal rendelkező sör lapult. Elég szép volt. Hidegen visszafogott, karamellmalátás illatok, kevés aszalt gyümölcsösséggel, ami később erősödik, ahogy a sör melegszik. Nagyon testes sör. Valahogy a karamelles, kávés, erősen földes, száraz ízhatás mellett füstölt hús hatás jött át nekem :) Aztán ahogy többet ittam, ez tömény aszalt-szilva ízre változott, amit egy erős presszó kávéba mártottak :) Az alkohol azért érződik, de van benne anyag, ami miatt ez érthető. Keserűség közepes, szénsav szinte alig. Egy egész vacsora, (sok hús) mellé kortyolva ajánlott finom desszert sör!

0,33 bottle. Díszdobozos szépség ez a sör. Borostyán szín, szűretlen hatás, gyorsan apadó, kiatöltéskor a sárgás-vörös-narancs árnyalataiban játszó hab. Illata tömény élesztő és gabona. Először minimális, majd melegedéskor kicsit több gyümölcsösséggel. Nagyon komoly testesség. Szénsav mininális, de frissítően azért ott van. Ennél több szénsavval ez azonnal fejbe verne bárkit :) Édes, testes, alkoholos, szirupos desszertsör. A bajor búzasör jegyeit ne ettől várd :) Azért ezt is érdemes felkeverni kiöntés előtt, mivel az élesztő által kihozott aszalt-gyümölcsösség és mazsolás ízek az alján lapulnak a nem kevés extraktban. Ez ismét egy komoly, és finom sör-különlegesség, gratulálok hozzá!

This beer is a beauty in a decorative box. Amber color, unfiltered effect, quickly fading foam, playing with shades of yellow-red-orange when pouring. The aroma is concentrated yeast and grain. At first minimal, then with a little more fruitiness when warming up. Very serious body. Carbonation is minimal, but refreshingly there. With more carbonation than that, this would immediately hit anyone in the head :) Sweet, full-bodied, alcoholic, syrupy dessert beer. Don't expect the notes of a Bavarian wheat beer from this :) It's still worth stirring this before pouring, as the dried-fruitiness and raisin flavors brought out by the yeast are hidden at the bottom in the not-so-little extract. This is again a serious and delicious beer specialty, congratulations!

0,33 bottle- Vidám megjelenés, a sör "hazy", baracklé szín, laza fehér, de azért jól tartó habbal. Nem meglepetés: frankó sárgabarack illat, bár más nem is érződik. "Cucc" van benne, már az üvegben és kitöltéskor is látszik. (Illat: tényleg ilyen volt szüleim kerjében a fán jól érett barack illata..) A sör komplexebb egy sima baracklénél. Citrusos, friss, normál szénsav mennyiséggel. Fanyar, gyümülcsös testes íz, a kerserűség inkább gyümölcs-héjra emlékeztetően jön elő, nem keserű-komlóra emlékeztetően, tehát nem annyira "sörösen". Én magam a bazsalikomot külön nem éreztem, de biztos dobott a fűszerességen. Jó kis session IPA, sőt, remek gyümölcsös sör. Jól eltalált arányokkal, tényleg full gyümölcs-íz, de mellette egy szuper New England IPA is... Bár nem meglepetés számomra a gyártót ismerve...

Cheerful appearance, the beer is "hazy", the color of apricot juice, loose white, but with a good-holding foam. No surprise: a frank apricot aroma, although nothing else is felt. There is "stuff" in it, you can already see it in the bottle and when filling. (Aroma: this is really how the aroma of ripe peaches on the tree in my parents' garden was..) The beer is more complex than a plain apricot juice. Citrusy, fresh, with a normal amount of carbonation. Tart, fruity, full-bodied taste, the bitterness comes across more like fruit peel, not like bitter hops, so not so "beer-like". I didn't particularly feel the basil myself, but it must have added to the spiciness. A good little session IPA, in fact, a great fruity beer. Well-chosen proportions, really full fruit flavor, but also a great New England IPA... Although it's no surprise to me knowing the manufacturer...

0.33l bottle. Very dark ruby body with a lasting beige head. Cocoa and chocolate notes in the aroma mellowed out by fruits (grapes mostly but some elderflower too) and pine. Taste of caramel, cocoa, chocolate, hazelnut, apples and grass. Medium bodied with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Based on the collab brewers I expected a hop bomb, but it's not the case. Balanced beer, leaning towards the sweet malty side. Very nice.
