Description
Dog's Window Brewery has grown from the enjoyment and passion of good beer. As a social occasion, three friends would get together and sample various homebrews. The conversation would often lead to "You should sell this stuff it's really good" and "If this was on the shelf in a shop I'd buy it". The comments were jokingly laughed off with a reply of "Yeah maybe one day". Well that "one day" came when I thought, why not? I certainly wouldn't be the first.

We are a small scale microbrewery, which allows us to concentrate more on quality than quantity. Hops are re-sealed with a vacuum sealer after use and kept in a freezer for freshness. It also allows us to design new beers without worrying about securing huge amounts of ingredients. So Dog's Window progressed from homebrew to what you see today.

440ml can from Bier Huis. Gluten Free. Orangey golden colour, big foamy white head and aroma of ripe fruits, peach, orange citrus, hops. Taste is sweet, malt, caramel, juicy fruity, peachy, citrusy, with resiny hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying hoppy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

Sample thanks to Grumbo.
Very dark brown with a tan head. Aroma of dark chocolate, a little roast malt, subtle marshmallow. Taste of dark chocolate, molasses, roast malts, some roasty bitterness, almost no marshmallow, and not even much sweetness to it either. Medium bodied, high-ish carbonation.
Doesn't really deliver on what was promised, but isn't bad per se

Very dark brown with a very frothy tan head. Aroma of roast malts, chocolate, plum. Taste is even more roasty with almost burnt/smokey notes to it, dark chocolate, lots more plum than the aroma suggested, some bitterness with it but also a creamy sweetness which stays in the finish. Medium bodied.

Can. A light haze on this orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Thin palate, a bit dry, reasonable fine minerally carbonation. Thin pale malts , mildly sweet. Okay Citra hops. Ripeish orange, tangerine and mandarin hops. Mild cooling pine and a little hop spice. A little thin but not bad overall.

Loose white head left a froth on a turbid amber coloured body.
Orange, musty & hopped aroma.
Medium to full bodied, smooth & creamy thinning out with a well carbonated cloying back.
Orange, biscuit, chalky, passion fruit & white wine tastes with a zesty finish.
A bit all over the place but blooming tasty.
