Description
We started in 2018 as a group of people who wanted to bring beer to southern Utah. Our mission started with providing the city and beyond with delicious beer made from the freshest ingredients possible. Now we have expanded to root beer, wine and spirits. We’re proud of our southern Utah roots, our team, our products, and humbled by the support of our community. We’re excited to share what we’ve been cooking up with all of you. Pint on tap at Ellis Island, Las Vegas. Pale amber beer with a foamy white head. Zero carbonation, slight haze. Sweetcorn nose. Quite grainy, more like a Pils. Not a great beer, just OK.

Tap. Pours lightly hazy golden, small white head, decent lacing. Aroma is wheat, bubblegum, banana. Flavor is light sweet,, very light bitter. Merlin body. Good.

Tap at Beer Zombies, Vegas. Pint. Dark cola, a bit darker, thin off-white lace. Ashy, mild coffee, deep murky brown malt. Taste is ashy coffee, medium high acid, ashy caked finish. Regretful meh.

16oz can picked up at the state store. Pours clear amber with a small off-white head, light lacing. Caramel, grapefruit, toasted malts. More of a barleywine than IIPA, but good.

16oz can at Slackwater in SLC. Pours clear golden with a small off-white head, some lacing. Blueberries, plastic, dough, mild tart. Ok but not a fan of this one.
