Sampled at Veteran’s Wine. Clear, bubbly brown, with a small, beige head. The nose is peat and smoky malts, with some vanilla, pine, and toffee. Sweet and malty, with a hint of bitterness. Medium body, chalky, syrupy, and clingy, but with a clean finish. This is a nice malt bomb.

Sampled at Veteran’s Wine. The aroma is floral and earthy hops, with a bit of orange peel. Some caramel and cloves balance it out. Sweet up front, with a good, assertive bitterness coming forward. Medium to heavy body, sharp, with a long, bitter aftertaste. Fun, fairly malty DIPA. Good balance, and nice aroma.

Sampled at Veteran’s Wine. Clear, rust color, with not much head. The nose is berries, straw, and corn. Sweet and fruity, with a pretty good hop bitterness to back it up. Light body, crisp, syrupy, and fairly clean. This is a fairly nice fruit beer, that uses the fruit to accent the beer, not overwhelm it.

Sampled at Veteran’s Wine. Pale yellow, with some bubbly head. The nose is crisp, grassy and floral hops, with a good backbone of cereals and some biscuit dough. Sweet, with only a little bitterness. Light to medium body, crisp, and clean. This is a mellow, aromatic, and easy pale ale.

Sample at GABF 09/26/2015, thanks to my sis for assistance with note-taking. Clear amber color with a medium off-white head that dissipates steadily. Strings of lacing. Aroma of citrus, hops and malt. Medium to full body with flavors of piney hops, citrus and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a grapefruit and hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

I love accident beers. I’m pretty sure sour beer was invented by accident. Cool story about this one, and as long as we are voting, I say keep it around. Draft pour at Colorado plus. Rating from notes. Pours a cloudy orange color with a foam ring head. Belgian yeast forward aroma and flavor. Fruity, cool flavor and finish, and a less than expected hop character. Doesn’t taste heavy at all. Good beer here.

On tap @ Declaration. Hazy orange appearance with a brown head. There’s some bubblegum in the nose. A little bit of vanilla, spicy, moderate high sweetness. A little twangy. Bleh.
