Tap at the brewery - clear copper with a frothy head - fairly straightforward american dipa, with all that that entails (the good and the bad) - assertive hop nose, mostly citric and bitter - creamy texture from the oatmeal, so it’s got that going for it - flavor is sweet, but very clean - hop profile is strongly tropical, with a lot of tropical fruit (mango, citrus) and some melon - finish is a little abrasive, but it’s a good rendition.

Tap at the brewery - dark ruby, nearly black, with a well-sustained tan head - a well-executed and balanced stout, with a nice balance of.bittersweet chocolate, roast, light smoke, vanilla, moderate bitterness, espresso - the black malt bitterness is a little high on the tail end, but otherwise this is reallygood - the best beer I’ve had here so far by a mile.

Tap at the brewery - I listed this as a fruit beer because fhe berry character ismore dominant than the saison yeast - cloudy straw color - nose is mostly a strong mixture of sweet berries - such an amalgamation that no single berry stands out - flavor is similar - the approach tastes mostly like a sweet, berry-infused wheat beer - the finish brings the fairly strong, spicy, slightly unclean phenolics of their regular saison, which I assume it the base beer for this - watery finish - light a beer blend of a mediocre fruit wheat and a mediocre saison.

Tap at the brewery - listed as "Saison a la Declaration" - lightly hazy gold - lively pour - nose is fairly sweet, with notes of melon, some peppery and dusty phenolics - flavor is very sweet - some herbal notes and spicy phenolics arrive late to try to balance, with mixed results - light starchiness - herbal notes get a little soapy - some apricot and melon - abrasively spicy finish - needs work.

Tap at the brewery - kind of a thin and lifeless rendition of a style that can have so much depth - sweet and sugary, with maybe a little bit of plum character, a touch of saltiness on the tail end - otherwise a watery, thin, characterless rendition of the style.

Tap at the brewery - typical simplistic, overly sweet american rendition - the plus side is that it is not a banana bomb - sweet, sugary flavor - light tropical fruit - moderate herbal bitterness through the middle - little to no yeast character - perhaps a bit of spiciness in the finish, along with moderate alcohol - nothing off, just very sweet and lacking character.
