Cask at Gallow’s Bird, Espoo. Colour is clear dark orange with small bubbly white head. Aromas and flavors: Dry fruits, caramel, dryness and malts. Quite malty.

Cask at Gallow’s Bird, Espoo. Colour is clear golden with small bubbly white head. Aromas and flavors: Floral, some fruits, citrus, some hops and malts. Barnyard elements in aroma. Boring.

 (Cask at Gallows Bird Real Ale Tribute to Shakespeare, 20160903) The beer poured mahogany coloured and clear. Its head was small and white. Aroma had malts, caramel and toffee. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were malts, caramel, toffee, grass and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and bitter. A rather nice malty brew.

(Cask at Gallows Bird Real Ale Tribute to Shakespeare, 20160903) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was small and white. Aroma had earth, sulphur, grass and honey. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were grass, grain, earth, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste had straw, malts and bitterness. A bit weird brew but still nice.

Cask @ GBBF 2015. Pours a slightly hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty weak hoppy aroma. Fruity malty hoppy bitter chalky flavor. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter finish.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2015, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Sperrin Band Of Brothers ].Clear light to medium orange yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average duration, earthy, pale malt, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150812]

Gravity cask at Nottingham festival day two with fonefan, Charlotte & chriso. Clear deep amber brown. Chocolatey aroma. Taste is smooth milk chocolate. My 100th mild rating!
